We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The Business Development Manager will focus on cultivating relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the company’s strategic goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and achieve yearly financial goals, including revenue targets, to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships, both internal and external to the organization.
- Build in-depth knowledge of company offerings and client needs to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Identify and analyze market trends to recommend strategies for growth. Present findings to leadership to guide decision-making.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Assist in the development and effective use of the CRM system to support business development efforts.
- Partner with the Director of Business Development to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Familiarity with the civil engineering, land surveying, or real estate industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a persuasive and strategic mindset.
